For our Exclusive sales listing agreements we have a number of services that we offer at no charge. This includes a pre-sale home inspection with sales & market analysis,  computer generated plan drawings of your home, personalized tips for home staging, and a specialty photo shoot for your ad space.

This arrangement is beneficial to both buyer and seller. By utilizing these services, the seller has created a value added product for the market. The buyer gains by choosing a pre-screened and (in most cases) an upgraded property.

To those of you who would say that this arrangement is a conflict of interest I challenge you to reconsider. Even with US level legal safeguards in place, corruption occurs everywhere. What we offer is our personal assurance, ethical business behavior, good name, integrity and belief that we answer to a higher power. Without trust and honor all unethical businesses will eventually be “discovered”, and have a short lived & unblessed career.

To allay your concerns about the soundness of any home you may wish to purchase; we have no problem with buyers arranging their own independent third-party home inspection, prior to deposit. And we respect & encourage the “trust but verify” philosophy.
