Southern Chile Properties is a professionally run family firm managed by Jeanette
& Martin Schnall. Our specialty is property sales in and around the beautiful Lakes Region of Chile in
South America. We are committed to excellence, quality & personalized service. Both of us have a
longstanding reputation for trust, integrity, and quality work.
Our mission is to offer a somewhat more unique & innovative approach to real
estate sales devising a customized sales plan for each property. This involves qualifying your property to
compete on an international playing field and appealing to many buyers. By completing this first step, we are
more able to reach out on the world-wide web to source qualified buyers and offer these enhanced properties to

Martin Schnall
Property & Building Analyst, Surveyor, CAD drawing, Web
design
Martin is a native of New York City; he has a degree in Biology from the University
of Rochester and another degree in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Alternative Energy from the
University of Massachusetts. Martin also has a background in construction and property renovation. He
has spent his professional career to date working with information technology, testifying as an expert witness, and
computer modeling for failure analysis & accident reconstruction.

Jeanette
Schnall
Broker, Marketing, Home Staging Specialist, Photography
Jeanette is from a small town in Massachusetts, has a degree in
Asian Studies from The University of Massachusetts, and her Paralegal Certification from Elms College. Jeanette
spent a large part of her time as a traveling field specialist in an international manufacturing corporation.
She has a background in residential real estate investment projects and an eye for home staging. You can also
